nearThere Insights are produced to make an apartment or home search more informed—not to manufacture certainty. We identify who prepared the work, date changing facts, link meaningful sources, and distinguish what was reported from what we observed.
Authorship and human review
A named author appears when an individual prepared the article. “nearThere Editorial” identifies collaborative work created from the company’s editorial and product research. Review remains part of the publishing workflow, while article pages show authorship, publication and update dates, and the date through which changing information was checked.
Sources, dates, and changing information
Articles show when their underlying information was reviewed. Sources and methodology appear in “Sources and update notes.” Live home collections are fetched separately from dated editorial claims, and listing snapshots warn that price and availability can change.
Image analysis is descriptive, not definitive
nearThere uses image analysis to help people search for visible details such as arched windows, a glass staircase, or a broad architectural style. These labels describe what appears in selected photos. They do not verify condition, materials, dimensions, code compliance, structural integrity, or whether an image has been virtually staged.
Corrections and updates
We welcome specific corrections from readers, sources, property representatives, and subject experts. Please include the article URL, the statement at issue, and a source we can review. We update material errors and retain the article’s canonical URL.
